Thanks you for supporting Wildflower Metalworks! Each piece is handmade with care and packaged especially for you.

Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since each piece is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is a delay with your order, I will reach out to you with an update. 

Shipping 

Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Wildflower Metalworks is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer. 

Deliver Delays 

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Wildflower Metalworks is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control. 

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact me and I will do my best to help. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

Please contact me as soon as possible if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected. I may ask for photos of damaged packaging and the item to help resolve the issue.
